Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Snamdan. You accept them when you tap I agree in the Snamdan Telegram bot, or when you create or use a Snamdan account. If you use Snamdan on behalf of someone else, you accept them for them too.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is protected. Snamdan does not save anything for you until you have agreed to both.

Snamdan connects to your Telegram Business account as a chatbot and keeps an encrypted, timestamped copy of your Telegram conversations, including messages that are later edited or deleted. You can read your saved chats in your dashboard and export them as proof for a dispute.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use Snamdan for a genuine, lawful purpose.
• You must have a Telegram account that can use Telegram Business.
• You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details, passphrase and recovery key safe, and for everything that happens under your account.

Only you hold the key to your saved chats. We designed Snamdan so that we cannot read or unlock your messages. This also means that if you forget your passphrase and lose your recovery key, your passkeys and every other signed-in device, we cannot recover your messages. You accept this risk when you set up message encryption.

Tell us straight away through the Support page if you think someone else has access to your account.

• You are responsible for your use of Snamdan and for the conversations you choose to save.
• Where the law requires it, you must tell the people you chat with that your chats are recorded, and have a lawful reason to keep them.
• You must follow Telegram's own terms, including the terms for Telegram Business.
• You must keep the details you give us accurate and up to date.

You must not use Snamdan to:

• Break any law, or help someone else break one
• Harass, threaten, defraud or spy on anyone
• Record conversations you have no right to record, or that are not your own conversations
• Store or share illegal content
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits or security
• Resell or give access to Snamdan without our written permission

• Snamdan offers a Free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes and costs is shown on the Billing page in your dashboard.
• Paid plans are paid in advance through KHQR. Prices are shown in US dollars.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
• We may change our prices. A new price only applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

Snamdan records messages with exact timestamps and checksums so you can show what was said. However, we do not promise that a bank, court, platform or anyone else will accept an export as evidence. That decision is always theirs.

We work hard to keep Snamdan running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Snamdan depends on Telegram, and it can only save what Telegram delivers to it. Messages sent while the bot was disconnected, or before you agreed to these terms, are not saved.

We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You can stop using Snamdan at any time by removing the bot in Telegram Business settings and deleting your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or when the law requires us to. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

You can delete a chat or your whole account from the dashboard. Deleting a chat destroys its key, so it can never be read again. Deleting your account closes your sign-in straight away and erases your saved chats after a 30-day grace period. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Snamdan is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, including that the service will meet every need you have.

To the extent the law allows, Snamdan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, including data that cannot be recovered because every unlock method was lost.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

When we change these terms, we update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change matters, the Telegram bot asks you to agree again before saving continues. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using Snamdan and delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly first.
